This Landmarked property in the Landmarked Soho district was purchased opportunistically during the Long Term Credit Corporation crisis in 1998. We applied and successfully obtained approval for a conversion to residential and retail use through a 74-711 application with the City of New York. We successfully bought out and vacated the buildings tenants prior to the conversion. We sold out all but one of the condominium units prior to completion of the construction.
